Mojgan was born to a highly educated and successful family. Her father, the former director of National Iranian Oil Company’s refineries, held a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and founded a major energy engineering corporation with international projects. Mojgan’s mother holds a degree in the medical field. Mojgan’s grandfather was an established professor and writer who was the author of numerous scientific textbooks. He also took great joy in painting and sculpting, his works finding a place in the Shah’s (Persian King’s) Palace. When he moved to England, his painting, The Kiss, was received by Buckingham Palace. He was invited by President Reagan to visit the United States.
Carrying the talent of her family in her genes, Mojgan has achieved extraordinary feats ever since she was a child. She was a ballet dancer on Iranian National TV from ages 11 to 13. She has experience in painting, book illustration, sculpting, jewelry design, marketing, product design, sales management, acting, and ceramics. Her achievements include:

- Age 13: 1st place, Fars’ Statewide Journalism Competition
- Age 14: 1st place, Fars’ Statewide Ballet Dancing Competition
- Age 15: 1st place, Tabriz’s Statewide Ballet Dancing Competition
- 1987: 1st place, Texas Statewide College Art Show Competition
- 1988: 1st place, Texas Statewide College Art Show Competition
- 1996: Solo art exhibition at Barg Gallery
- 1997: Artwork selected for the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art
- 1999: Solo art exhibition at the Silk Purse Arts Centre in West Vancouver
- 2014: Donated artwork to the September Gala Fundraiser
- 2015: Donated artwork to the September Gala Fundraiser
- 2016: Founded Chicolati Design
- 2016: Designed marketing material for an award-winning mobile application
Mojgan currently lives with her family in Canada. She is the mother of a prodigy inventor who created an app at age 14 and patented it. Her son was shown in newspapers and on TV when he was 16.
